In Baguio City Philippines Manny Pacquiao is busy training for his fight against Antonio Margarito. While almost everybody believes that Pacquiao would win a convincing fashion against Margarito, I honestly believe that this fight will not be as easy as what they or you thought!Just today, a revelation of Amir Khan of how he survived against the best shots of Manny Pacquiao in their sparring sessions. Khan knows and believes Pacquiao cannot knock him out and this is a welcome news for team Margarito.
Aren’t they laughing now at the power of Manny Pacquiao? Because they know that their prizefighter has a better chin compared to Amir Khan, who was tag by a single shot and was flat on canvass in one of his fights.
At 150 pounds, Pacquiao’s speed will be a bit slower compared when he was fighting Miguel Cotto. His fight against Clottey shows that an extra weight can slow his movement and pulses evident to his poor performance against Clottey.
During the Clottey fight, there were lot of times when Clottey was open but Manny failed to capitalize it. The first 3 or 4 rounds shows Clottey fighting at some point but Pacquiao just don’t have the speed to catch the defensive stance of Joshua Clottey.
Now that the power and speed of Manny Pacquiao is a suspect, why won’t you expect Margarito to gain more confidence in beating the Filipino pound for pound king?

Antonio Margarito can make himself believe all he want that he can match up with Manny. Even if Manny weighs more than 150 lbs., Margarito is no speedster even at his best weight.
ReplyDeleteThe only advantage that Margarito have will be his length, however, he can't utilize that if he can't catch Manny with a decent shot.
All of Pacquiao's foe believed that they can take the best that Manny has to offer. They thought they can withstand and out box the Pound4Pound champ..when the bell sounded, they're all dumbfounded what hit them after all that has been said and done.
Let everybody think that they can crush a diminutive Filipino 7time World Champion.. I wanna hear who's name Michael Buffer will call out. c",)
Just today, a revelation of Amir Khan of how he survived against the best shots of Manny Pacquiao in their sparring sessions.<-- because they were wearing a head gear
ReplyDelete1st, I question the validity of the said "revelation". Until a verified link is posted then that remains to be a hearsay.
ReplyDelete2nd, supposing the story is indeed true then how can you say that the shots were indeed the best shots of Manny Pacquiao when he is just starting to train and is not in top form?
So please spare us and share more sensible post/news. :)
this guy is just another hater and doesnt know what he's talking about... what "crab mentality"!
ReplyDeleteKhan is good with a great trainer but sure to god he doesn't think he'd stand a chance against Manny. They are both increadibly fast buy Manny is in a different league overall. You just can't win at all the weights he has with out being special. Khan - 2 weight good fighterm Manny is a '9' weight wonder - incredible. (Let's see if can;t knock him out with no head gear and when has the 'need' to!!)
